TOPIC: Fatal fine businesses.
Lately in our Federation we received several phone calls – complaints from professionals – craftsmen – traders regarding a fatal penalty which completely dissolves and more difficult the already stifling business situation.
Specifically, according to Law no. 4174/2013 and Articles 54 & 13 who declared loss of any numerical data amount of fine imposed without further investigation amounting € 2.500. In other words if a trader said sheet loss – consignment note will impose the same fine with an operator that indicates a reduction of 10 blocks. In the entire application of the fine did not take into account any evidence of the company. Ie 2.500 € will be fined in a booth, 2.500 € shall be imposed on any industry. Further action is action but again why bureaucracy or other matters the fine remains at € 2.500.
This measure is blatantly unfair as there is the principle of proportionality as regards the amount of the losses. This time after 15 August and on our members have become receivers 15 telephone complaints from professionals – craftsmen – traders who consider the measure deadly and unjust.
So we ask:
1. Application of the principle of proportionality ie if one trader indicated a loss of leaf and 2 blocks the penalty is 586 € as it was in the KBS-enabled administrative compromise 1/3.
2. Over the two blocks to be proportional application of the law in accordance with that case in the KVS.
Because the issue is inflamer and a major obstacle to our business please for your immediate action.
