ADDRESS BY THE PRESIDENT OF
O.E.V.E.M. COSTAS & O.P.K.E Karl.
Madam President,
We welcome the great effort to become the first Greek Festival Pavilion starting point for a sustainable way of our industry. The major problems concerning our site, need unity, solidarity, uniting and comprehensive efforts of all our to our industry has a viable path to the future. It’s true that our industry on the altar of the sacrifices we have lost about 7,000 thousand colleagues throughout the country, and of course there needs to be a protective shield to stop this bleeding wound. They must finally understand both the Treasury and the Ministries that there can be no economic planning without the involvement of the social partners in our industry. Can not the main product is the sale of manufactured tobacco from the stands – Tabacco Shops all taxes of the value of each cigarette pack to be at 83.70% and that in the end neither economic ministry plans to makes diligent, and of course there is serious loss of state revenues from the terrifying surge of smuggling of over 20% of our country’s annual turnover. In this overall effort of the state and lost jobs are lost daily of our colleagues. The history of our industry is intertwined with the financial support and the regeneration of the Greek State in which the 1986 statute of the late Trikoupi put 5 minutes tax on cigarette paper, since taxes were intensified and supported and support until now our national economy.
For this reason, dear colleagues and friends need to be re-coiling and enable all stakeholders of both our partners and the state. Our proposal can not and must not be other than that this industry will continue to have a sustainable path. Only so a single voice will be able to overcome the major problems plaguing our industry. Only then will we have high hopes in continuation.
Dear colleagues and friends of the Greek Pavilion tobacconist in Greece is lifestyle tradition who live and breathe with the local community. The Pavilion – tobacconist in Greece is the ambassador of the cities where every tourist draws visitor information wants when they want it. Not the lights of the stands are the lights of civilization without these lights we will have more crime and more violence and sometimes we have to call upon these lights for a help or a phone call. The Pavilion – tobacconist in Greece is an unpaid tax collector state that the contribution has provided substantial financial breathing. So one can understand that the National Symbol of Greek society the Greek Pavilion should have the support of the government, and not be a beggar. Throughout the journey of 100 years this corner of souvenir sought in one or another way to relief let his own contribution. Today the industry that triggered more than 100 000 families like invalids and war victims – Colleagues Tenants – Agents station operator – tobacco industry – all employees this web of thousands of families aspire to maintain and stay in the industry and not to extinction and unemployment.
Dear colleagues, friends and players in the region need together to support the great effort made this great industry. It can not and must not allow to be lost the hope to all those people and have no perspective on sustainability. Not allowed to work in an industry with so much history and tradition and of course we can not cover our elementary operating liabilities not permitted to work every day while mortgaging our assets and our dignity. We support and welcome the great efforts undertaken by the Tobacconists Crete Association to create the first Greek Festival Pavilion. We should be mentioned that the 2 m of Greek pavilion fit enough culture with a long history and much culture. We hope and competent bodies but also our partners will respect the effort and hard work of all those people in our industry. Again good luck.

To conclude this greeting with a piece of my own poetry.

I stand

Hard road and anguish
a lamp burning in the corner
Shades the night with magic
ERC expects society.

I stand
wooden body
with a human heart
a small cozy corner.

Give light to this city
and seeks friends all
information to give them
and in the night to save them.

Dressed in lights to look forward
forever I will wait
passer and if you stand
close to me will find yourself.

I stand
and do not speak
the wooden body
there hurting.

TO
GENERAL MEETING OF ESEE
RECOMMENDATION OF O.E.V.E.M. TO ESEE BY PRESIDENT COSTAS Kogias.
Saturday, the 3rd & Sunday, November 4, 2012 Hotel DIVANI CARAVEL

Colleagues,

The big problems we face force us to ask for the support of our tertiary trade union (ESEE) because we as SMEs in the region face daily difficulties and financial whirlpool. Briefly mention the following:
In the periphery of the market mobility is very low and the liquidity in our business is lacking, our vast our operating liabilities leading daily continuously padlocks, and the hike and bills are rising, financing from the banking system is lacking and understand colleagues daily accept numerous payment orders. By this plea with our request to the County Court Volos to get written about how many reports the seizure deposited during the year 2011-2012. This will be for us the basis for research in order to make direct interventions and actions to prevent the destruction and annihilation of our business.
Under the light of the above parameters we understand that it is a matter of time to be further downsizing, and the drive our children to emigrate for a better future leading to a depopulation in our cities.
By this plea dear Colleagues need to take final decisions on direct interventions in order not to live under the nightmare of poverty.
The falyrismos a company in the province dear colleagues are simultaneously xeftila because in closed societies become directly daktylodeiktoumenos would leave unpaid obligations to partners, suppliers, employees, the invoices of the utilities in the public, to banks, to your friendly environment and natural mortgages and will lose all your assets painstakingly built.

What design you can carry Colleague when your company’s future is uncertain?

GLOBALIZATION
Colleagues,
In the global community, everything indicates that there will be ongoing turbulence for existence and operation of modular outlets. Our confederation must compete and make immediate interventions to safeguard the values and morals of all media
But how there will be voices of resistance in each country where the global workshops consolidate companies in which there is polymorphic workplaces in order to captivate the consumer society and in the end will flatten and destroy essentially traditional industries.
• permitted exist and department stores have branches scattered across the country and pay an insurance coverage only for the head office?
• Allow them the opportunity underemployment of workers is given?
• You may no sales below cost?
• Controlled their respective documents like any other business?
• Is it right to have uncontrollable working hours than other media

Colleagues,
Some time ago we started a big campaign on the subject of illegal trade. Noticed all that, at least launched a clearance attempt from this scourge. But we need to continue to intensify our efforts to build a consumer awareness in this direction. We had taken over as OEVEM to manufacture printed material of this effort, however, is not correct possible because the economics of our Federation did not arrive. We ask you to give us the financial capacity to do so. Instead we tried to set up groups to divide the black material we had our consumers to be finally consumer awareness. Also constructed 10 for posters and of course today we have not received money from either the Chamber promised us. We need to make an effort on our own for a monthly slide show you have to push the region to begin the annual or six-month campaign. Both the court order we have tabled and the lawsuit against illegal vendors Greeks and foreigners have brought activating effects of the competent authorities. We requested the County Court Volos to grant us in writing the number of the seizure reports submitted on the financial year 2011 – 2012 you mention the seizure submitted 870 reports against our colleagues. Under this thinking and a lot of pressure we had and we had a big protest march to the Greek Parliament from October 13 until October 23, 2012 with initiative of OEVEM and in cooperation with all stakeholders and our fellow citizens, creating the Movement Citizens hope. The response of both the operators and society in our journey was very long it seems that the word hope disturbed the family peace since government with which we arrived after 11 days we were greeted with jeering riot. Colleagues can not go we must begin a scaling constant struggle but not with the old forms until today we did and new forms of struggle that have efficacy if we do not do is mathematically certain to perish all the small and microenterprise . We end the month of November we will present both the Supreme Court and European Courts and the lawsuit against those responsible for flagrant violation of human rights, has no political system is the right to suicide for countless debts have. A few months ago the Greek people gave them the right to manage our destiny if you really can not respond to this purpose then the only good thing they can do is to rid us of their presence. We now have to inform two political leaders and we talked to all parliamentarians of parties, I believe that the coming week we will complete the update process of political leaders. I also mention that until this moment have been prepared us around 3,500,000 members and stakeholders as we expect support from European Unions and the Diaspora. The meeting to be held in Brussels at the end of the month we will have counterparts in our European Trade Union activist effort.
We ask you to take the initiatives ESEE to become citizens hope moves in all regions.
Colleagues
We are not political transformation or want to become, but we can not tolerate this situation, not to pay 43 years contributions to OAEE and once we insolvency last year not to have health care, not to have deprived ug always as parents in order to study our children and the result of our effort to do so, as unemployment and emigration may not notice our colleagues to seek their daily diet in the bins of garbage. We can not remain under any other party dependencies. When our colleague has sustainability problems and lacks the obvious diet both his own and his family and this has an impact on us because hunger has no color.
Colleagues,
As you can understand should be how to organize new forms of struggle through ESEE to be consideration of the books for a semester so that our colleagues have healthcare. I like to think that we can coordinate such an effort and of course have to stand up in the whirlwind of a tax hike that we have been so far.

SUPPORT CREATION OF MEDITERRANEAN COMMUNITY
We need to support the European Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises initiative (UEAPME) for the establishment of a Mediterranean community. That:
1. To start the exchange of goods between the Mediterranean countries.
2.Member start the operation of freight centers.
3.Member States an exchange of new and modern technologies.
4.Chreiazetai implementation of political initiative for growth in exports of manufactured products of each region.
5.Neous ways of promotion of our products through the organization of exhibitions, as well as through the internet.

VISION TRAINING, EDUCATION, DEVELOPMENT
Dear Colleagues, The Education and the Training of all of us, on the one hand is needed and secondly, it must, in order to have viable and competitive enterprises in accordance with international standards of business development.
The new visions and objectives of our Federation, from the time we Globalization must be:
1.The language learning.
2.The learning of dignified social treatment of people in business classes not had access to education,
3. The promotion of the concept and practice of lifelong learning in the SME and in Greek society in general,
4. The contribution to the upgrading of craft and commercial professions through continuous vocational training,
5.The offer open, flexible, integrated and high-quality vocational training in order to update their knowledge and skills.
6. The promotion of entrepreneurship skills, the effective use of modern IT applications and upgrading the technical skills of professionals, craftsmen and traders,
7.The recognition and contribution to the consolidation of knowledge and skills gained from the training,
8.The contribution to preventing and combating unemployment,
9. The strengthening of the regional dimension of lifelong learning by promoting training in towns outside major urban centers,
10.The promotion of equal opportunities in training and in accessing the labor market,
11.The contribution to equal access to training and employment of persons from socially vulnerable groups.

ENSURING SUSTAINABLE Media
• The department is outside the agglomeration.
• Design and planning for parking spaces.
• Better traffic arrangement.
• Establishment of a committee on urban planning with the participation of CCI representatives.
• Until there is rational management of urban planning of the territory, there needs to be tolerance of Supervisors, as not affected our business.
• There should be substantial support of tourism development in our country. Our geographical position but also the rich historical culture helps us in a deep economic lung. For this you need complete inventory of domains, ranking priorities and financial assistance for real development and prospect of prosperity of any business.

FAILURE OF PAYMENTS FOR SMEs
Dear friends,
For some time watching as O.E.V.E.M. a great weakness of SMEs payments due to successive increases in tariffs of utilities and ongoing operating costs.
Electricity: 10% of the consumer society of the territory indicates defaulted and recourse to settlement arrangements. In our area of consumer debts are 22% of consumer debt nationwide is 17%.
OTE: Rose delays by 20 to 30% as shown by the data of the newspaper “Eleftherotypia”.
DEYAMV: Large payment delays throughout the country.
Natural gas (CPC): 7% of consumers unable to pay recently.
State fees: In long delays in several municipalities.
business rentals: Delays and arrangements.
Bad checks: Increase by 40%.
TIRESIAS: a 1 million businesses from official data TIRESIAS SA
Auctions: With the 181 were given the option not to allow banks to auction assets of small entrepreneurs. On 31/12/2010 the deadline extension and in terms of state is given. One can understand that since the beginning of the new year will create major asset auctions difficulties Media
Banking System: Great indebtedness of entrepreneurs and of course to give money to our colleagues need doubtful guarantees to banks or property or guarantors.
VAT .: The existing problem of the crisis will become even more pronounced in the new year as the rate of VAT 11% will go to 13% and will cause even greater problems.
Fuel: New increase in fuel with fewer trips to all tradesmen and merchants and of course still an additional charge.
Termination: Another tax burden on our already indebted colleagues.
Insurance contribution: Countless debts settings by increments of up to 80%.
Dear friends,
globalization are looking to modular stores polymorphic sites, ignoring the existence of small and micro enterprises. The parameters that lead to this situation are:
a) Department uncontrolled time, underemployment workers and large unfair competition.
b) Multinational companies, large cartels, such as oil, milk, tobacco, food, etc. they have imposed their own pace.
c) illegal trading: scourge for all small and medium size entrepreneurs.
d) Automatic devices,
e) Nonexistent business planning,
f) Financial incentives,
g) Liquidity of the market.

The INITIATIVE STEERING COMMITTEE OF ENTREPRENEURS

Survival for a better tomorrow

TO MEDIA

Seeking survival of a better tomorrow

Dear Friends & Friends,

For some time all SMEs receive suffocating pressure to be shrinking business in a coordinated effort extermination of all professions. In this effort played an important role and exerted government policies, the privileges granted them and with the financial support given to them to enforce the rules of globalization with polymorphic polymorphic sites stores. So friends and girlfriends, launched and coordinated the killing fields.
We all know that SMEs this time fired from many fronts. Right now all of us are facing tremendous inability to pay, and of course we can not meet operating expenses of everyday life. We must all understand that today under economic conditions which are unable to have the basic goods to our business and it is not possible to suffer no other charge as another increase in tariffs for public utilities, etc. Freeze on increases in utilities tariffs charged to the operating cost of our business.
Dear friends and girlfriends, margins patience of all our colleagues have been exhausted, the only thing that interests them is try to meet current obligations in order to live their families and of course not to stay unemployed. But the great difficulty of liquidity and poor mobility causes our colleagues to reduce both their markets and of course being forced to sell their products at low profit margin in order to be competitive with supermarkets and illegal trade. We indicatively mention the great weakness of payments faced by all our businesses:
INSURANCE: To give a favorable adjustment circular in 80 months with no down payment to finally be able to settle their debts SMEs IKA to allow our colleagues to get insurance clearance.
OAU .: 60% of our colleagues have saved their insurance rights, and having to be circular debt adjustment in 80 monthly installments with no down payment, or otherwise added 15% of the monthly insurance contribution is around EUR 65, to finally enable all SMEs to settle their contributions and recover their insurance rights.

TAX: No other tax burden on already indebted colleagues to completion, poll tax, property tax, VAT increase etc. because this time businesses are at breaking point.
Electricity: 10% of the consumer society of the territory indicates defaulted and recourse to settlement arrangements, debts not consumers nationwide is 17%.
OTE: Rose delays by 20 to 30% as shown by the data of the newspaper “Eleftherotypia”.
DEYAMV: There are major delays in payment of our colleagues across the country.
Natural gas (CPC): 7% of consumers unable to pay recently.
State fees: In major delays in all municipalities.
business rentals: In long delays and countless arrangements. A key issue that call the Ministry of Finance in cooperation with the Ministry of Regional Development and Competitiveness propose renegotiating rents and freeze on evictions. We recommend directly to create a committee of experts with the participation of Chambers for legislative intervention.
Dishonored checks: Explosion dishonored checks by 45%.
TIRESIAS SA .: 1,000,000 companies from official data TIRESIAS SA Finally we need to enable dual opportunity many companies have pay off and held hostage until today.
Banking System: Great indebtedness of entrepreneurs cease lending, continuous discomfort from collection agencies to entrepreneurs and consumers, and of course to provide new loan to our colleagues need doubtful guarantees to banks or property or guarantors.
Suspension of Public auctions: We recommend to have at least one year moratorium by IKA and WHO to provide liquidity to the market because of the crisis, and to make favorable adjustments to relieve SMEs.
VAT .: A decisive role was played by the continuous increases in VAT in consumer products essentially affected all sectors and all small businesses and consumers.

A) Reduction of VAT on all consumer products in order to have development course perspective. Today all households and businesses are in red. B) Partial payment of VAT more and more business because the crisis deep they can not pay the tax in installments forced into current difficult period not even submit periodic statements to cover current daily needs for the smooth running of their business this situation leads many companies face problems of legitimacy, but also deprives a considerable part of the planned financial revenues. the immediate restoration of partial payment of the VAT option therefore necessary. This measure will stimulate and enhance the liquidity of companies providing opportunity for better planning.
C) Payment of VAT within one month of invoice.
Transactions on VAT between entrepreneurs and the public bodies on credit (invoices). In these cases, the seller is obliged to pay the VAT due within two to Tax despite the fact that our colleagues did not collect VAT and sometimes collected after several months to years when it comes to dealing with the public. Therefore judge necessary legislation according to which in case of a transaction on credit, the buyer will be required to pay at least how VAT vendor within the month of invoicing.
D) owes the government to our business. It is known the major problem faced by SMEs with lack of liquidity worrying is that healthy businesses are affected and threatened by the general lack of liquidity in the market. This is why the problem requires immediate attention. Initially proposing the direct offsetting debts for VAT with Tax Returns. Also suggest a kind of factoring without recourse to the business requirements of the public. business crowd have been deadlocked since the public is slow to repay. Through this financial product business requirements of the public can be granted to the credit institution without recourse, which undertakes to repay the requirement of the business.
Fuel: The continuous increases in fuel have greatly complicate the movements of all of us and of course dramatically limited the attendance of domestic tourism.
a) Department: operate in an uncontrolled time employ workers part time and of course generate large unfair competition to all companies with sales below cost.
b) Multinational companies: large cartels such as oil, milk, tobacco, food, etc. they have imposed their own pace and managed the fortunes of both SMEs and consumers,
c) illegal trading: scourge for all small and medium entrepreneurs, and of course no control to stop this scourge, which in the end creates great evasion to the detriment of the state and in the end to pay legitimate businesses that are called daily to support our national economy, with more and more measures. This great injustice fragmenting all small and micro enterprises. For this, the phenomenon in central urban tissue business to have a host with a padlock. To provide smooth operation of the market need to be rules to stop the illegal trading unaccountable, that exists both in our city and the rest of the Territory. For us there needs to be a protective shield those undertakings affected, as these companies have viable prospects and operating tomorrow.
d) Vending machines: Tax ataxia (without proof). No effective control.
e) Nonexistent business planning. Consistently fellow undertaken efforts in sectors already yperkerasmenoi.
f) Financial incentives: the state needs to understand that instead of constantly putting financial burdens to integrate all the small and very small businesses in the NSRF programs and other European programs in order to alleviate the already heavily indebted market.
g) Market Liquidity: Missing liquidity due to the very small market mobility when the consumer society is red, when each household tries to cover only the daily needs when department stores create unfair competition by selling goods below cost that is can there elementary liquid market, when every day the little money each company are given for operational needs.

Dear Friends,

Everyday we all witnessing a severe problem, which is the constant break-ins, this is because increasingly vulnerable social groups are at the stage of despair. But how to protect ourselves and will shield businesses? How many times have we become victims of prospective thieves? All of us a few years ago dear friends we were in the manufacturing process and because of the great industrialization suffered by our country was forced to lead in order to survive in these small businesses. This cell of the society of these people need the state and respect them, and of course to support them because they support very much our national economy. One of the biggest problems facing our businesses are continuing padlocks, that this in itself creates negative sentiment both consumers and all small and medium size entrepreneurs. You need the state to enable sustainability in all these operations, it is necessary to support all these companies with financial incentives and not by repeated charges, to give finally motivated young people who want to take care of business in order not sustains them as unemployed.
Support programs for all companies with financial incentives both for small micro-enterprises from 0-49 workers. Our Federation is trying to convince his fellow actors and to give pulse timer of life, to stop unemployment and the vision of development and prospects for all SMEs in our region.

Sincerely

The General. Secretary O.E.V.E.M.

TO STEERING COMMITTEE

PRESS RELEASE
Dear Colleagues in the way they handle which your colleagues are not trying to make unity and rallying the industry, but instead create rift in the industry section. It seems that the author of the Greek Kiosk text tries to mislead the industry colleagues only impressions for his own purposes. Colleagues should know that the games are not online but in practice. I come to this editorial and the video on August 26, 2011.

1. After our meeting in Athens with the Ministry went out on all channels and said the results of the meeting we had and certainly not presented anything of my specific interviews. We committed to boycott the financial cigarettes is less than 3.5% and all 25aria cigarette packages from August 1st, 2011 in order to push the tobacco manufacturers and importers to quickly increase their margins again not presented anything nor our communications nor and from my interviews.
2.Where August 25, 2011 in another publication of Greek Kiosk entitled to rally the industry is not virtual but real, no one realizes that the relevance of the text have selective memory about what the author says, for example, the coordinating body not established balances to ensure trade union or reconciliation of the industry, also reported untrue that for a half year the problems of the industry were in the hands of senior trade union without adversely solutions.

• The big problem created by the reduction in cigarette profit rates began on January 19, 2010 by significantly increasing the proportional tax. From 09 February to 25 May we held four major strikes culminating in the great hunger strike on May 25 in Larisa out of the Deputy Minister’s office K. Sachinidi and sole striker Mr. Costa Kogias and with the support of the participating compounds had. Up to that time the government have refused stubbornly to open any dialogue. But of course before we descend to mobilize ensure support 175 primary and secondary tertiary union of all the branches and guarantor President of ESEE Mr. Dimitri Asimakopulos on May 26 we had the presence of all the industry associations and we exposed our major concerns. One must understand that the great difficulty factors facing our industry is the government and the tobacco industry.
• The government in its attempt to get money from the IMF Okay excise duty under the Agreement signed. And of course he continued to put new taxes and in EXCISE resulting in late 2010 to take 85.7% of the overall charge of each cigarette packet substantially reducing the profit margins of all.
• The tobacco companies and importers in turn in order not to lose market share instead realize increase in cigarette packet prices lowered prices dramatically and substantially narrowed the margins to our colleagues.

In all then we informed all political parties, colleagues of regulated and non-unions, consumer society, we informed the media, along with the great efforts of almost all primary our clubs throughout the country, which held protests, issued notices submitted written statements and held a series of interventions at local and national level, etc. and with the contribution of all 22 current questions tabled in Greek Parliament, while we had other big strikes culminating in the great strike on October 22, 2010 and the hunger strike in Syntagma Square and Metropolis. With the participation of the Hellenic race steering committee and the participating associations and hunger striker Mr. Costa Kogias and with the support of colleagues of the Steering Committee Athens struggle, and all the territory of colleagues. Where on October 26 in the presence of all stakeholders in the industry but Mr. Panagiotis Lafazani Parliamentary representative SYRIZA committed the Government to a reduction of the proportional tax. Until then had held two gatherings of all stakeholders in the Ministry of Economy and Finance in the presence of manufacturers of Import Companies – Gas Station Owners Representatives and our colleagues Peripterouchon tobacconists. On December 14 in the tax bill was reducing the proportional tax by two percentage points from 67% to 65% and of course committed the tobacco industry that this decline will turn into profit for our colleagues. Since then the two units of the proportional tax never reached the hands of colleagues pushed the government and we and everyone colleague how to bring Government bill which stipulated in Article 47 of Law. 3943/01/04/2011 that 31, 3% of apoforologimenis price will go to our colleagues. But because there was a bill in the safeguard of punishment and fines by station owners preferred the total contempt. For these efforts to fight O.P.K.E. sent 516 protocols incoming and outgoing documents, and of course more so perhaps above sent all participating associations across the country, and colleagues of the steering committee race in Athens.
So the reset of everything is false and based on selective memory.
3.The meeting for the establishment of a coordinating body decided unanimously that any text will see the light of day first sent and then published. To date texts published without even being there even a phone contact. In our meeting I stated boldly that I do not care no chair because for 45 years I give a daily battle for survival not only for our industry but for all SMEs.
Also worth doing a little report for my last years in civic events industry.
• With the reeling and the concurrence of existing institutions or primary unions of the industry managed to lay the foundations of this industry, in this long path every colleague put his own pebble, both for existing leases, stay until the end of the contract us after the death of the beneficiary, the legislative text products on sale, the legislative determination of outlets, the dimensions of the stands, health provision, ads, extensions of tents, their shared s premises and municipal decisions, the protection of minors from tobacco etc. up establishing supplier of consumer cooperative in 1997 and to date has not established other sectoral Cooperative etc. All these years we have tried to activate the primary unions across the country with concurrence of at sites Associations of tradesmen, trying to have a voice in decision making bodies such as Chambers, the G.S.E.V.E.E Mr. a. So then General aphorism and the depreciation of everything does not fit in our industry, and we naturally first concern should be how to build across the country primary unions and then Federations and not try to dismantle the existing associations in name a Coordinating Body. The coming years are quite difficult and you accept stifling pressure to be shrinking business in a coordinated effort extermination of all professions. In this effort played an important role and exerted government policies, the privileges granted them and with the financial support given to them to enforce the rules of globalization with polymorphic polymorphic sites stores.

Dear Colleagues, if you do not understand that the only way left is the unity and rallying all around the common problems of the industry, then both the state and the tobacco industry will try in one way or another way to cause problems. The practice of divide and rule is not helping anyone instead needs a united front to cope with reality. When no one understands that everything happening is organized extermination plan of both the industry and other small businesses, when there is called up, the logic then we and the results can not be expected. Failing a single line with a single motion nobody but nobody can take you seriously. Our power sector has not only the advantage of the benefit. Everyone is trying in his own way to express the proposal. We believe that the many voices or suggestions can win anything? He believes that the time spent by many different suggestions have helped the sector? Believing that there is the luxury of mutual extermination of existing trade bodies? Believing he can win something without a collectivity without unity without coiling without concurrence, without enlisting, without introducing a single sentence? there instead of these rivalries have to shed all water in their wine and their youthful flare to been reached one and only target the viability of the industry, how our colleagues will remain in their businesses, how to not become unemployed, the how we will not allow anyone to destroy us. And of course you need to restore the lost confidence of all our colleagues who are in the industry. My recommendations continue to ask the Ministry
the full implementation of the Law. 3943/01/04/2011 and the safeguards
the punishment and fines, the final discharge from the closure. Not for the tobacco industry and importers recommend the full implementation of the Law, and a decrease from 60.4% to 50% to 55% of apoforologimenis price.
Such is my position and views on the industry so many years I serve
I tabled our initial meeting, but I find that the following practices are not in the direction of the broader rallying and unity of the industry. I can not participate in a coordinating body with no respect for elected bodies of primary, secondary and tertiary union. My participation was mainly in the direction of support and effective assistance in order to have a definitive solution to the impasse that has come our industry. If the coordinating body go to the original thought respecting the autonomy of each institution then I’m willing to help. Never supported efforts had not driven section of the industry. My presence over the years was the sole purpose of the interests of fellow alone. Besides, most of our colleagues are well aware of my character. Colleagues each our colleague can freely express its views on the major problems of the industry enough to be in the direction in the interests of our colleagues, after all this is the beauty of free speech in the Peoples Republic.

With Best regards.
President O.P.K.E
Costas Kogias

Research – alarm of GSEBEE records so gloomy predictions about the future of SMEs, and workers employed in them.

REPORTAGE: Vaso Kyriazi

The research, besides the unfavorable position are tradesmen and traders, record the growing transportation charges by companies to their employees through continuous flexible labor relations and the clipping of earnings. Two in ten companies have already reduced working hours and wages of their staff, while an additional three in ten plan to do the same next time.
The nightmarish predictions made in research exude sheer pessimism which now has impregnated the market two years after the collapse of demand, tough fiscal measures and successive bankruptcies.
Furthermore because of the crisis for each hiring in the private sector represent seven dismissals, as based on research about 20.4% of firms lowered employment during the first 6 months compared to only 3.1% made recruitment.
Because in fact most companies have reached a level number of employees within the limits of their operating capacities, now turning with greater intensity in the solution of flexibilisation of working conditions, such as loss of pay and reduction of working time.
Three in ten plan to further reduce wages and working hours of employees by the end of the year. Of these, most are craft enterprises (36.3%) and small companies with between 5-9 people.
Serious problem for the sustainability of SMEs is still limited liquidity combined with the continued decline in turnover (-30% in the first 6 months). 40% of companies say they face problems in the timely payment of wages of their employees, while 1 in 3 companies have “fez” IKA, OAEE, public enterprises and public funds and suppliers.
Bomb for small form and bounced checks, bad checks as holding business and not have the seal approaching the number of those who have already “burst” at a ratio of 40-60%.

pock unemployment
Marble
The unemployment rate started ejected after 2009, and in line with the latest data processed by Secretary OEVEM Kon. Kogias intense is the problem to young and new to the unemployment rate reaches 42.5%. The table below shows the development per month in the last five years. Worrying really is the amount of young people up 24oneton.

Age group 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011
15-24 25.3% 25.6% 27.1% 24.5% 29.8% 42.5%
25-34 11.4% 12.4% 11.9% 12.7% 15.4% 22.6%
35-44 years 7.9% 7.7% 7.1% 7.5% 10.0% 13.1%
45-54 years 5.5% 5.6% 5.4% 6.0% 7.3% 10.8%
55-64 3,9% 4,6% 3,4% 3,9% 6,5% 9,1%
65-74 1.9% 0.5% 0.0% 0.7% 0.8% 5.0%
total 9.2% 9.5% 9.0% 9.2% 11.6% 16.2%
Note that all departments do not consider those unemployed are not written in the records of the unemployed or those first entering the labor market as well as for those working in flexible working some hours per week.

“We kill …”
“For some time the whole productive fabric business accepts suffocating pressure to be shrinking business in a concerted effort of all our extermination. In this effort played an important role and exerted government policies, the privileges granted them, and with the financial support given to them to enforce the rules of globalization through the modular outlets are polymorphic sites. Within such an environment of a capitalist system this inequality expands rapidly, creating increasingly larger problems of everyday life. When the productive fabric of our country is shrinking dramatically, then large supply imbalances created and demand and the world of the capitalist mechanism tries to exploit all service structures provide each state with a view to manipulate both the production process but reaches the exploitation of workers’ notes in TACHYDROMOS Mr. Kogias.
The secretary of OEVEM also points out that despite unemployment, young people do not even thought of getting into the business process, since the state itself takes care not to combine it either with financial incentives and without substantial support.

“When there is no coordinated exit planning crisis or job opportunity planning for young people or planning for hatching young entrepreneurs, when a society is not structured on the basis of perspective and development, then it is certain that more and more companies will put padlocks ever and more young people are in despair, and of course will pass on the landing depreciation and persistent unemployment. When the society of young people is not structured to increase the production process and employment, when the prospect is not designed to tomorrow, when the state uses enterprise only as donors of economic policy, when every government takes measures only tax collection and not even counted nor their operational needs, then these companies are difficult to sustain the pace of globalization and of course our young people do not even thought to get involved with the process computer business, “says Mr. Kogias.

Proposed measures
According to Mr. Kogias “we must understand that we all have an interest to join in the effort to support the Greek products to prevent to grow another unemployment. We need the state to make significant intervention to be safe conditions for recovery. One of the big problems of unemployment was and is rampant illegal trading, where the state is unable to control the large rise in illegal trade, when there are no rules immigrant turnout massive when no protective business support umbrella, then how can our young people expect sites to employment. It is true that both the competition and the illegal trading are two of the biggest obstacles posed by globalization to the working environment of young people. The OEVEM proposes no substantial unemployment program. Also be given financial incentives to all companies in order to enable jobs to be full employment with stable work for everyone. It considers moreover that it should be removed every frame that allows the implementation of flexible forms of employment and counter-conversion of temporary contracts into indefinite, fixation contract but also to subsidize unemployed people without any proupothesi.Telos calls for an increase in the unemployment benefit 80% of the minimum wage for the duration of unemployment and the freezing of the unemployed loans for as long as you are unemployed.
